Hay guys I am looking to put together my next cycle. but am really undecided on what I really want to run. Heres my goal 10-15lb lean maintainable mass and my be lose a little fat. I do not want to bloat or have put on any extra body fat.
my stats 5’9" 203 bf 14% age 32 years training to long (I am very happy with the way i Look just would be nice to have a litel more size). diet as good as it can be while i am in Iraq.
I was thinking of something like this
mast en, winny, ot that i have left over this would be a 12 week cycle. My budy sugested tren en 12weeks insted of the mastron but i have heard their are a lot of side with tren. any in put would be great. yok
