I want to get the inside of my thighs hard I dont know why they haven’t been I guess its something im not doing. I squat deadlift leg extensions and curls and calf machines so any help would be great thanks

On a more relevant note, truly deep squatting lights up my inner thighs.

try the hack squat machine with a 2 second pause at the bottom. recommended by meadows and he’s pretty beastly
