Recently I broke my right hand, it was a boxers fracture. I’m extremely frusterated cause I was on the verge of both strength and physique goals. Does anyone have any training suggestions, i’m open for some ideas.
i broke my leg three years ago, and it was healed in less than four weeks. eats TONS of calcium and drink TONS of water. the calcuim helps it heal faster and the water will help prevent kidney stones from teh extra calcium. eat tums for extra calcium. it DOES work, another palyer on my team healed her collarbone fracture and was on the rugby field in 6 weeks from doing exactly this (she advised me)
