Injury the Week of Planned Max Outs


I sprained my left foot yesterday and I can barely put any weight on the front of my foot. Doc says to not lift this week. I was supposed to test my new maxes this week from the 915 program. I can still get to the gym and do upper body work but anything requiring lower body pressing will be an issue. Any ideas on what I should do here coach? Thank you.


Skip the lower body days (take the occasion to rest), do the upper body maxes (well not the overhead ones I guess). If you can train normally nex week repeat the next to last week, then test the week afer that.
