injury question


Yesterday I started my mag10 cycle to aid me in not losing a ton of muscle while I get down in weight for my first fight (20lbs to go in 3 1/2weeks!). But the problem is I hurt my left hand pretty bad in training last night and its gonna be at least a week before I can do a workout again. Do you think I should continue with the mag10 even though i cant really workout in my current state or should I just stop now and restart the cycle when I can start training again?
