Injury Prevention Workout

I want to have a workout day in the middle of the week for this kind of stuff but I’m not any type of expert when it comes to injury prevention exercises. Anybody know what would go into one of these? With my training being 90% strongman more emphasis would be on the low back/shoulders. Let me know what would go into a good mid-week injury prevention workout.
