I herniated a disk in december hitting deadlifts, and have been having issues with a knee for a few months. Needless to say my training has taken a HUGE hit along with my physique. I was very depressed and ate a TON of shit for a while and I have decided enough is enough. However, I need some help getting back on the nutritional bandwagon, So I have decided to create a log of my daily meals along with my workouts (lots of sled dragging will be going on).
I have really fallen off the wagon and this seems like something to motivate me to get back on track.
Is this cool or is this a misuse of this section?
