I had been diagnosed with bursitis in both my shoulders six weeks ago. I haven’t lifted a weight since. Most of the pain went away around three weeks later but I still have some pain. It has felt the same for the last three weeks. The pain is probably 4-5 when I feel it. I have been eating sugar free jello for the gelatin ( yes I am to cheap to go buy some glucosamine). Should I wait longer or should it be okay to do a lite workout ? FYI the tendon that connects your bicept to the shoulder rolled out of its “groove” while I was bench pressing with 75lb dumbs in each hand.
