Does anybody have to lift w/ injuries? I’ve popped my right shoulder 2x but not very seriously so it doesn’t give me much trouble. What about you guys who lift in pain? What do you do to get around it?
I blew my left cuff out in H.S. playing baseball so now I can’t realy do to much where my arms are above head. it hurts sometimes when I sleep on it but other than exercise selection I’m pretty much O.K. thats also why I’m so anal about cuff saftey in exercise selection.
