What injuries have you sustained during your lifting career and how did you approach rehab, recovery, and training after them? Do any linger to this day for example a lower back injury?

This is a somewhat similar question, so Ill just throw it in here in this post…but what is your training strategy like for athletes who are coming off long layoffs (be it from injury or not) who have lost lots of LBM and whose overall conditioning and strength levels have lowered dramatically. What is your approach to get them back up to par ASAP??
