whats the exact problem with your shoulder? i had shoulder issues for a long time, on and off for 2 years, finally fixed that and my hip, started setting PR’s and i ended getting mono and then tearing my abs a couple times so i feel ya
but again, do you have an exact diagnosis? for me it was tendinitis in the long head of my bicep and an impingement in my shoulder
did alot of rowing movements (alot more pulling than pushing), facepulls, RC work, some lower trap work, shoulder mobility and flexibility stuff
avoided alot of exercises that bugged my shoulder (push press, bench press, lateral raise, cleans), used only db’s for shoulder and chest press for a while
finally i rehabbed to the point where i had no more shoulder issues and could do whatever i want
