I got hit in lacrosse practice last friday on a buddy pass running across the middle of the field. My teammate basically inserted his face in to my shoulder at full speed and I didn’t see it coming. So then the next day with extreme pain I decided to play indoor, and that hitting sure didn’t make things any better. Deadlifting works fine, pulling works fine, pressing overhead works fine, but benching doesn’t work. What can I do to fix it quickly?
