Injured . . .

I am currently injured, and have decided (unfortunately) to take off from lifting for 1 month.. So I would like to do some serious sprinting and possible in 2 weeks some push ups and weightless squats etc.. I need a good routine.. I read running man by Thibaudeau it is good but not enough considering ill be doing absolutely no weight training..

Anyone have any suggestions? I should be able to handle 6 days a week of atleast 45 min sessions i would say..ALso I would like to keep it to sprinting since long distance puts a slight strain on my injured lower back...

what is your injury?

left shoulder and slight lower back nothing serious (slight tweak) just want give it rest...
