I am currently injured, and have decided (unfortunately) to take off from lifting for 1 month… So I would like to do some serious sprinting and possible in 2 weeks some push ups and weightless squats etc… I need a good routine… I read running man by Thibaudeau it is good but not enough considering ill be doing absolutely no weight training…
Anyone have any suggestions? I should be able to handle 6 days a week of atleast 45 min sessions i would say…ALso I would like to keep it to sprinting since long distance puts a slight strain on my injured lower back…
