Injured Shoulder Dipping

I was doing dips with 110 a week ago, and on my last set I felt a bad feeling in my shoulder and I knew, “oh man, my shoulder is going to hurt tomorrow”. Well it still hurts, and I think it’s time to start doing shoulder mobility work because it’s just going to get hurt again even when it heals, and they always hurt a little bit.

I remember the shoulder saver articles, but I think I remember another really good one too but I can’t seem to find it. Anybody know which one I’m talking about?
