Hey guys/girls, i recently injured my lower back doing weight training/basketball. i dont remember exactly how it happened but my lower back has been hurting for the last couple of days. its very tedious that i can't sit down for more than 2-5 mins duration at a time because it will hurt even more, so most of the time im kneeling down. Currently i am using some hot patches and doing some tennis ball work.
are there any thing else i should be doing to fix this injury?
