Injured Leg/Groin

I really screwed my groin/leg up doing squats last week. I’ve gone to the chiro and am letting it heal completely before doing any leg movements again. When it does heal, what would be some of the better movements to strengthen that area?

Side lunges, 45 degree lunges, crossover lunges, reverse lunges.

The reverse lunges aren’t specifically for your problem, but if you’re developing a lunging program of sorts, you should include them.

Also look at Ian King’s one leg supplement exercises.

You might also want to try plyometrics or ballistic movements that emphasize lateral movement, but BE CAREFUL if you are coming back from an injury. Take it slow.
