Injured Elbow


I hyperextended my elbow a few weeks ago. I have been resting it like a madman, and it seems to be mostly healed, but then I will go and exert it (usually in some kind of pushing, rather than pulling, situation) and feel a worrisome twinge. I want to get back to the weights as soon as possible. What are a few exercises I can to finish the rehab process?
