Injured Elbow - Tricep Exercises?

hurt my right elbow while weight training, used too heavy a weight. it has been hurting for 2+ months now, though its getting alot better. (im a bball player, i can shoot the ball now without the elbow hurting) but i still cant put too much weight on my right elbow so i dont do bench presses, tricep ext, etc.

i do some flyes for my chest to supp bench presses for now but does anyone know of an exercise which i can do to workout my triceps without causing too much pressure/weight on my elbow? thanks!

Just rest your elbow. I know you want to get back into the grove of things but take it easy before you really hurt it.
