Yes, that is what I do.
I put it in the back and them put the pluinger back in.
Yeah, but is it safe to do so? I can’t see why not but if it was surely everyone would do it cos it’s quicker and easier?
Yes it is very safe. the only reason some people don’t do it is there is a chance of losing (spilling) gear if you are not carful…
