I’m starting to get my ducks in a row to begin TRT, can someone recommend a good video on the proper way to do a sc injection. Here the advise is to squeeze the fat and inject into it, I saw a video on yo tube by Dr Chrisen and he goes into the belly and says do not squeeze or pinch the fat. Thanks
Depends on how much fat. That video does not cover all of the plays.
I suggest to inject laterally into end of pinched up skin that works over lean quads. You will figure it out.
