I am doing test shot in the glute and this last time I did it was on thursday and it is almost Monday and it is still sore it is not red or really bad and it is not soft it is very stiff where the pain is is this normal?
Yes this is normal. If you hit a nerve then it will create a knot. It should dissappear very soon, mine usually last about 4 days.
If it lasts over a week with no signs of going away then you should probably get it checked out.
