Sounds like you want to date both of them. More power to you.

I like to think he wants to date me. We may never know.

Well not with that attitude. Go ask the man.

@Cyrrex justbwantes you to know there has been no progression still with my OHP. Still stuck. Wanted you to know first.

That’s what you get for staring at dudes while you lift.

He was so pretty though, and buff

Wait a second… shit

I kinda do, and kinda don’t, want to know the backstory here.

There’s no story, it is just raw, superficial attraction.

She doesn’t go to my gym, but her ex does. I don’t know him or anything. Just making a joke out of it all. I’m sure my personality is way better.

@wanna_be those Iso Plate rows up there are the same as those chest supported thingies we were talking about (at least, the equipment looks pretty much the same). I am apparently not shite at them, but I am not sure I get anything out of them.

I’d have to see a picture of said equipment before I could pass judgement.

I am taking a closer look at the pic you posted, and it is indeed in the same general family of machines….isolateral plated loaded rowers. The one you have there looks like it pulls from down to up? The one I was doing today was horizontal, but my gym also has the down/up and up/down variations. Hammer Strength brand. I am a fan of the pull-down version, not sure about the others.

It’s a pretty horizontal row. Still no accolades yet. Need more info.

Better idea of how it is. Really a cool machine

Looks like this. Handles start higher, but it is horizontal.

Meh. Looks easier.

Ah, I see. Pretty much the same type of machine, but I like your version better, especially the grips.

Nothing special just a little 42 reps of pull ups

Well that is just a typo.

Well now how am I supposed to know if any of your numbers are typos or not :joy:
