Initial Mass Eating Gain

Ok, I’m just curious from other people who have done massive eating, how much weight did you gain initially and how long did it take until it leveled off?

I’m not an expert, but I’ve been on the Massive Eating plan for about a month, and haven’t gained more than about 5 lbs. so far, at a (relatively) steady 1 lb. gain per week. I’m pretty sure ME is supposed to be a slow-gaining protocol, so you shouldn’t be seeing more than a 1-2 lb. gain per week. More than that and a good part of that gain may be fat mass. If you’re gaining that fast, you might want to decrease your calories some (check Massive Eating Reloaded I & II for more on this).
