Information on a Few Ingredients

Hi. I would love it if anyone who has done research on any of these items could share their knowledge:

  1. xanthan gum

  2. citric acid

  3. canola oil

  4. fructo oligiosacchrides

  5. soy lectin

I’d love any knowledge if these substances have any negative effects in the body? Inflammation? Cortisol production? Or are they “clean?”
