I'm on a severely restricted budget so I don't have a lot of money to spend on Supplements (think Walmart). I have two young boys under the age of two who don't allow for more than 4 hours of continuous sleep a night. This has been going on for a few months now and I think it's effecting my immune system and I'm pretty sure it's effecting my moods.
Anyway, what supplement (if any) would you recommend as an immune system booster? It seems like anytime I try to change up my training, I get sick for 3- 4 days. I currently take a multivitamin, an omega complex capsule and a glucosamine chondroitin pill.
