Ineffective Training and (?) Dieting

I can’t do any legs at all do to an injury I just suffered, for 6 weeks. This really brought me down… can go to the gym any day, but I prefer in the evening. Give me an arm routine where I can fill out those days and not be at home bored senseless watching Japanes P–roduction films
Like a 3-6 day routine or something

I tore my ACL and fractured my patella and didn’t miss any leg sessions. What sort’ve injury are you dealing with where you can’t train legs at all for 6 weeks?

I believe you missed my question though. What sort’ve injury are you dealing with? I imagine there are plenty of work arounds for you.

As an example, I’ve been keeping my deadlift strong while minimizing knee loading with Seated good mornings like this (from last night’s session).

And of course, that’s only because I’m post op. When I was just injured, I was still box squatting and pushing the prowler, along with mat pulls.
