CT, most days I can get out for my sprinting w/o which seems to be enough cardio to keep my bodyfat down as well as causing nice gains in my legs and GPP. Some days/weeks I can’t just get out and run because of kids, darkness, weather etc. I run on a dirt road in the country, no track around. What would you recommend that can be performed indoors, at home to replace my missed sprint sessions? Some have suggested the following:
Mountain Climber/Star Jump
30 Seconds Each
Squat Thrusts, Light Waterbuy Walks, Medicine Ball throws (forward and backward)
