Hey Chris, I have started the velocity 4.0 diet I have a diet log created. I have several bottles of indigo 3G that I purchased previous to starting this diet. I am following the diet strictly and I am substituting surge workout fuel for one of my pulses pre-and intra-workout. Is there any benefit to continue taking the indigo 3G and since most of my other meals are low carb should I still continue to take it before my surge workout drink?
Good question. I’d go with taking it before Surge Workout Fuel on training days and taking it pre-solid-meal on non-training days. Besides the extra fat-loss benefits, I think Indigo-3G is an all-around health/longevity supplement that should be a daily staple for everyone, even if they don’t train. Also, several of its mechanisms of action act as extra insurance when it comes to preventing fat regain: increased insulin sensitivity, etc.
