Indigo Project: High Frequency Strength Progression?

Hi Thib I consult you in your indigo project program in the HIGH FREQUENCY STRENGTH part for the Back Squats, Bench Press and Deadlift exercises in week 1 says start with the weight of 8 RM … in the 2 week I must add it 10 lbs more that week 1 and week 3 10 lbs more than week 2 … and so it repeats in week 3 too ???

Week one is 8RM. Week 2+10. Week 3+10. Week 4+20.
