I lost 40 pounds using the super hero workout years ago, and I would like your suggestions with regards to nutrition while going through the phases of the fat loss hypertrophy program. Can I use the diet plan you laid out with the Get jacked program, which I purchased some time ago? or do you have other suggestions. Thanks in advance!
Yes but be really careful to your energy levels. The Indigo fat loss program has more volume than the Get Jacked program so if you find yourself lacking energy you will need to either increase carbs (ideally peri-workout) or MCT oil/fats
