New to Indigo so just now seeing these programs. I'm a bit confused reading through them. What is the schedule for the 5 days? How to the specialization programs fit into it?
Honestly I'm way past that... read up about the layer system on my forum. There are several variations depending on your goal. I'm sure someone will be able to post a direct link to the correct threads.
I'm a college athlete trying to rebound from ACL surgery so I was looking at the performance program but would like to see any other options.
I think this link is to the more recent discussions that CT has provided on his Layering System. I could be wrong, however it certainly has more recent information than the previous link.
