I’ve been hearing awesome things about the Indigo Project. I want to get into it, just didn’t know if my style of workouts would really benefit from it. I usually stick to cross fit type workouts, since they best simulate a rugby match. Think the project would help me on my way to being a better player?

You’d also have access to Christian Thibaudeau’s performance training program as an Indigo user and he’s in the Lab to help you out with it. I think you’ll find this methods for athletes much better than CrossFit.
