Stu suggested starting a thread for the boot camp questions, so here it is. Please keep this specific to the stuff going on this week in the training lab.

Let me get the ball rolling with this one:

Does active rest also have a place during purely structural workouts (e.g. back and biceps), or should we focus all our time and energy on maximizing fatigue in the target muscles?


Good one BiP I was thinking the same thing. I’ll go ahead and guess that because of the short (30 second) rest periods, it’s not necessary but we’ll see.

Mine would be: What are the best methods of activating the glutes? I usually do RDL’s and Rack pulls…
