Just ordered my first months worth of Indigo and have a few main questions:
- will this help me trend toward fat loss
- should carbs increase but take the cals from fats or should carb increase come from adding cals
- after the pills run out should I drop my carbs/cals or will my body adjust its BMR to the load it has been getting
- the six pills all get taken at one time or throughout the day?
