Indigo 3G for Women?

Is this ok for women to use - I havent come across any testimonials from woman.
I am new to T-Nation and very excited about it!

There are many logs here, both men and women: http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_indigo_2?pageNo=1&s=forumsNavTop

How is this log for a testimonial? http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_indigo_2/catnips_indigo3g_log Doesn’t get much better than that.

Welcome, also.

Not for nothing, but you couldn’t have looked very far. Like Jackie said, there are a bunch of women on Indigo and keeping public training logs. In addition to Catnip, I can think of HawaiiTunya, N8tive, and l-bomb10 off the top of my head as badass ladies on Indigo training hard and logging regularly.

If you’ve got a handle on your training and nutrition, then definitely dive into Indigo. If you’re just figuring out how to exercise and eat right, I’d suggest waiting a few months until you’ve got the proverbial training wheels off your plan, so that you can really maximize the supplement.

Oh for sure, HawaiiTunya! Can’t believe I didn’t mention her and N8tive is as badass as they get. I’ll have to check out I-bomb 10 now also.

There’s tons in there. These 4 ladies really stand out though

Need to get Jackie on it

I am woman hear me roar…Indigo is badass for women. Make sure you have your peri nutrition in check…

Not sure what your goals are, but with Indigo your choices are pretty much endless. I really focus on my strength and muscle building and have dropped over 130 inches. I did a lot of low carb cycling stuff before Indigo, but the problem with that is … as most of your know… you run out of energy and can’t couldn’t get the results I was looking for.

Indigo was a game changer for me. Here is a link to my log… http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_indigo_2/hawaiitunya_indigo_3g_project_log?id=4552908&pageNo=0

It’s quite a lengthy story/log…so be prepared. Let me know if you have any questions.

Nice to know I have so many fans out there…it’s very humbling. Mahalo for your kind words and support.

A hui ho.
