Info for the Wife. She will have a second surgery to fix first on her foot (lisfranc fusion).
She is 5’9" 210 after first surgery. Pain does shit to you and she got depressed, couldn’t move and the results sucked. Would Indigo-3G, high protein help pre and post surgery?
