I have tried to search for some scientific articles on overtraining and indications of it in strength training, if anyone has some more information I would be grateful?
Elevated resting heart rate, elevated heart rate switching postures, slow reaction time, low finger tap test, excessive pupil dilation are some I’m aware of. Check out Mike Tuchscherer’s stuff, he’s all about quantifying this.
Headaches, insomnia, even depression and it can be detrimental to your development. Proper RnR is important.
