Increasing Work/Rest Ratio On Cycle?

Making ok progress on a routine that has me working out every other day atm.
I am about to start a cycle and am curious if I should tweak my routine to like 4 out of 7 days rather than 3.5 out of 7 days (every other day) or just stick with more rest periods and perhaps I will end up lfting heavier weights.

I don’t understand the science behind muscle recovery fully, dunno which would give the best results.

You should have a firm understanding of training and diet before using aas.

I agree with bchrisen on this. If you ask this, you are not ready for AAS at all.

But to give you a simple answer out of personal experience: yes your recovery is faster while on AAS. Normally I work out 5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday = some lacking body parts + cardio). While on AAS I can easily recover from 6 days a week of weight training.
