I’m an idiot with insulin sensitivity, and I was just curious what I can do to increase my insulin sensitivity?
exercise and NOT having your insulin elevated all the time.
workout
I have some insulin sensitivity issues and the fastest way to fix it is to limit your carbs. Keep them around breakfast pre and post workout. Have healthy fats and good protein for the rest of the meals along with some veggies, give it like 2 months and you’ll be good as new.
- keep carbs low except PWO
- fish oil
- cinamon
Receptormax and Flameout
cardio and chronium

It’s quite easy:
- Exercise
- Follow a good diet
Lactic acid training
Eat a snickers before bed

Like everyone’s saying, it’s pretty much about building muscle and decreasing bodyfat while eating higher protein, lower carb, and plenty of healthy fats.
Receptormax was specifically designed to increase insulin sensitivity:
High levels of fish oils can also improve insulin sensitivity:

Christian Thibaudeau also had a huge thread about handling his insulin resistance:

Well I went on the Anabolic Diet for a while, which helped but I really didn’t like eating so little variety.
Lately I’ve been just been eating mainly P+F meals except around my workouts and it seems to be working because my PWO shake last night (about 40P:80C) put me on my ass. I just wanted to sleep.
I try to take about 20 fish oil caps a day also(just store brought ones).
Reduce body fat %.
