Somehow my Massive Eating calculations have left me not gaining any weight. So, I want to increase my calories. Should I add more calories to each meal, or eat more meals? I am currently eating 7 on average. Also, should I increase both the carb and fat meals, or just one or the other? I have a hard time putting down food in the morning, but other than that, the calories I am eating for this go down pretty easily, as I drink most of them. Thanks in advance.
I don’t know how many calories you are consuming with each meal or would the macronutrient levels are but I would suggest adding another MRP. An extra 300 calories a day should give you about 3 pounds a month.
