Increasing Calories from a Deficit

So I will be coming off my 12 week shredding diet in a couple of weeks and was planning going to maintanence level for a bit to allow my body to adjust. Should I just jump to maintanence like the day after or slowly increase to that level. BTW, I have een around 500 - 700 kcal deficit a day. Any input would be appreciated.

Increase gradually is always a good strategy.

The best execution would depend on how lean you got.
