On the peeing front: Yep, my urination frequency is high. I drink 3-4 litres of water a day (not counting the green teas) and I probably visit the toilet every 1.5-2 hours.
However, on leg day, things get worse. I work out in the early morning, around 7:30; anyway, in the 2 hours following my workout I'll pee at least 3 times, and lots of it, and it's not as if I drink much water in the gym. Does this happen to anybody else? It just on leg days too.
On the crapping front: No details, but massive eating = massive crapping. I don't believe John Berardi mentions this in his articles, does he!?
Also: Lots of protein = lots of gas.
