I have a somewhat unusual problem. Or at I think it is unusual anyways.
A few months ago I was about to do about 30 pushups at once.
I stopped doing pushups and switched to dumbbell flies, and dumbbell bench press.
I tried doing pushups yesterday, and could only do 19 until I hit the floor. So strange considering I have gained a noticable amount of muscle on my chest, and triceps.
Any theories of how the bloody heck this could be happening to me?
