Increase Work capacity

I want to increase my work capacity, and was thinking of giving fat to fire or renegade bodybuilding a go as an introduction into Renegade training. I have been doing Oly lifts mainly, and am currently on Chris T. HTT program. I dont need to lose fat but need to keep strength and power. Which one of these programs should I try. Or can I just keep using Oly lifts while adding GPP circuits?
