Increase Volume on High Frequency Low Volume Workout?

If I am supplementing with Plazma, Indigo-3G and Mag-10 would it be safe to say I can increase my volume? Will the supplements effect cortisol. Or just stick with the push pull 4 excersise you have going?

In theory yes you could increase volume a bit. Pre/during workout carbs will derease the cortisol response. In reality I’m weary of telling you that you can increase volume because 99% of the people will increase it too much.
