As part of pulling myself out of my recent depression a few weeks ago I decided to cancel my cable. I’m starting to lift again as well as getting some reading and writing done. I’m not missing TV as much as I expected, but I still have no attention span. I cannot sit down and read or write or clean or anything else for that matter more than a few minutes before I start wandering. Has anyone had to deal with this or figured out how to increase their attention span?
Now that I’ve cut that infernal contraption from my life I’d like to start really accomplishing some stuff that I didn’t “have the time” to do before.
