Is this exercise actually bad for me in some way (I'm thinking of my spine) or is it just sub-optimal for working the abs. Or is it actually a perfectly good exercise?
I do these quite often…but I dont sit up…I just do a crunch…and I put a 10 or 2 10’s behind my head and crunch on a decline bench…
I go up all the way
hold a plate on my face, literally
helps me tremendously,
the sit ups, not the plate on my face
(this was typed 1 handed because my left hand is covered in PB due to carrots and lack of spoon)
