Incline CG Bench

Mixed it up a bit today and set the bench at about 20 degrees and did CG Bench.

Man, it was awesome. Tri’s are smoked. Just throwing that out there as something new to try.

I did these myself last workout for the first time in ages. I could feel it in the triceps straight away. I have a feeling that when doing them flat my chest tries to take over so incline might be the way to go in the future.

throw some decline skill crushers with the ez bar in the mix, also a fun tricep exercise that will leave you torched

Thx for the advice. CG bench is my primary tricep exercise, I’ll definitely give this a shot.
