Which do you favor for chest development? I understand the flat bench is greatest for overall chest development , but i am more interested in having an aesthetic chest. Let me knkw what you guys think.
You are asking the wrong question. The ‘correct’ question is, Which is more important with regard to having an aesthetically pleasing physique: Upper chest development, or lower chest development? IMO (and yours, I infer), the answer is a no-brainer–it’s upper chest. Now, as for which exercises tend to hit the upper-chest fibers best, that will vary both from person to person, as well as a function of how an exercise is performed.
