For incline barbell bench presses, is it proper form to have my elbows flared or elbows tucked? (i used tucked for flat)
If both, which one is suggested for a person following Joe D's WS4SB program.
tucked to use more weight/delts,tris and its safer on your shoulder, i prefer it.
only use flared with a lighter weight if you want to primarily get chest hypertropy, like in the 10 - 12 rep range of lightness
