Incline Bench Form, Elbow Position

Hi,

For incline barbell bench presses, is it proper form to have my elbows flared or elbows tucked? (i used tucked for flat)

If both, which one is suggested for a person following Joe D’s WS4SB program.

tucked to use more weight/delts,tris and its safer on your shoulder, i prefer it.

only use flared with a lighter weight if you want to primarily get chest hypertropy, like in the 10 - 12 rep range of lightness
